We know that life can get complicated, and that making hard choices and significant changes can be difficult without support. For nearly 40 years, we have helped people realise that they are not alone.
Our vision is a world where every person is empowered to make positive changes and live a healthy, fulfilling life. We provide support to people who might also be experiencing homelessness, domestic abuse, sexual or gender-based violence and mental or physical health conditions, alongside problematic substance use.
You can get confidential advice by calling our friendly team on 01752 434343. We can signpost families, friends or anyone who needs advice around alcohol or drug use to relevant organisations.
Harbour is also part of the Plymouth Alliance. The aim of the alliance is to coordinate a complex needs system which will enable people to be supported flexibly, receiving the right care, at the right time in the right place.
If you or someone you know needs urgent help or is in physical or psychological distress, call 111 for NHS medical advice. You can also call the Samaritans on 116 123. In an emergency, call 999.
