Help for you to address your drug or alcohol use.

WE CAN HELP

At Harbour we’ve been helping people to address their drug and alcohol use for over 30 years. People trust us because we’re a local, independent organisation – at the heart of the community that we serve.

We offer support designed to help you to reduce the harms associated with illicit drugs or substance use, or your alcohol use. Whether the goal is to reduce, or quit completely, our expert team can help.

We know that young people need support that is unique to them, so if you are under 18, or worried about someone who is under 18, visit our page for young people.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Once you’ve made contact with us, we’ll give you a full assessment to help us plan your treatment and recovery needs. You’ll get a package of treatment that’s unique to you, and we’ll work together with you and other local specialists to make sure you receive all the help you need.

We never judge. You can speak to someone at Harbour no matter what your circumstances or your history are, and we’ll be here for you.
